Non chromate conversion - nano ceramic

Zirconium conversion (non chromate conversion) creates on surface deep anchored nano ceramic layer.This layer improves paint adhesion and improves corrosion resistance.
During this process on items after degreasing, washing sometimes also etching zirconium compounds are placed. These compounds due to chemical reaction bond with surface creating “rusty” layer. This layer ensures that after powder coating and polymerisation, iron oxide that occurs during rusting process are not able to cross the zirconium barrier.

Thanks to nano ceramic technology obtain protection against corrosion for the corrosivity class C4-C5.
To obtain highest corrosivity class we use zirconium conversion, primer coat (QUALICOAT standard for aluminium and QUALISTEELCOAT for steel) and main coat.
This process creates a surface that is elastic, tight and strongly and permanently adherent to the base element.
