Highest standards
Our Powder Coating Shop is equipped with Nordson automatic powder coating system. The line has been designed by Moldov company, with Nordson powder coating booth, Caldan conveyor system and chemical pretreatments from BASF, Henkel and Alufinish. By using the latest technologies and innovative solutions we are able to ensure required quality, precision and warranty for our services.
Pre-treatment and preparation
We attach great importance pre-treatment process that us crucial to inhibit the start and spread of corrosion.
Washing, degreasing, etching of elements and zirconium conversion takes place in eight zones wash station. Above solutions allow us to obtain protection against corrosion for the corrosivity class C4-C5.
Elements that have threads or holes that should not be coated we protect with proper masking solutions - foil, die cuts or silicone plugs.
Powder coating
Innovative surface preparation (we offer nano-coating) together with modern and advanced automatic coating in ColorMax® by Nordson powder coating booth guarantees to obtain product with long-lasting utility and high aesthetic value. On each of two manipulators there are five automatic powder spray guns. Two manual spray guns are for touch ups. Unique powder transport system allows to achieve coverage thickness according to product requirements.
The curing process
We have two ovens for curing process. One in automatic line with initial polymerisation, the second one when manual powder coating booth is used.
In our powder coating shop we have conveyor system Power and Free, that ensures high degree of versatility flexibility of production line.
Storage
We guarantee indoor storage of elements before as well as after the powder coating process.
We pack items according to client’s packaging requirements. We put a lot of emphasis on proper protection during transport to prevent waste.
